Revheads
Details: 2006, acrylic on illustration board, 25 x 40 cm.
Description: Among the wee folk community, Dwarf Rabbit Gremlins rarely evoke fond memories in the minds of those who have had dealings with them. Petty criminal acts such as super-gluing coins to crowded sidewalks, souping up cars that are better off as scrap metal, and occasional indecent exposure (did you notice that none of these gremlins are wearing pants?), have resulted in many being arrested and gaoled over the years. Of course, being so small, escape from prison is easy for the gremlins and is usually made within minutes, the sewer pipe being the preferred route. Less adventurous gremlins opt for slipping between the bars and strolling a merry gauntlet of armed guards and saliva-fanged dogs.
The authorities are reluctant about labeling escaped Dwarf Rabbit Gremlins as "at large" for fear of causing confusion in the populace.
