What materials do you use?
Professional-grade materials including illustration board and acid-free matboard, sable and sable/ synthetic mix brushes, artist's acrylics and chalk pastels. I abuse a lot of tiny brushes, and they have to cop it on the chin because their union rep is corrupt.

Can you give me some tips?
Though I can't offer individual tuition, I've written an art tutorial explaining general techniques I apply to all my artworks.
