I am generally happy for people to use my work on their website, as a magazine cover, or for most other uses. Should you wish to use my artwork for any purpose not covered below, contact me before using the artwork. Feel free to let me know if you've used my artwork in a novel manner in accordance with the terms below, as I enjoy seeing my work used creatively.

1. Credit must accompany the image, with a link to http://gold-dusted.com

2. Bandwidth stealing is not allowed. Images must be uploaded to your own server.

3. Artwork may be used for non-commercial purposes, i.e. display on your website or download to your computer for personal viewing. If you wish to use the work for profit, contact me to outline your idea.

4. Artwork from gold-dusted.com may only be used on family-friendly websites.

5. Artwork may not be used out of context; for example, you may not place my Revelation artwork titled "Fall of the Light-Bearer" on your site and write "this is Tiamat".

6. Don't shrink the artwork unless necessary (you may create thumbnails if needed). Images may not be enlarged or disproportionably resized.

7. Commissioned atworks and/ or artworks containing other people's characters may not be reproduced in any manner.

8. Avatars/ signatures: Artwork may be cropped for use as forum avatars or signatures.

9. PSP tubes: Artwork may be used as tubes provided the above clauses are adhered to.

10. Website logos/ banners: Artwork may be used for non-commercial website logos, banners or layouts provided the above clauses are adhered to.

11. Tattoos: If you wish to adapt my work for tattoos, contact me for permission. Artwork may not be used for tattoos without permission.
